A Minerva Park home project might need a dumpster, a pair of helping hands, or both hauling and moving. Tell us about the particular home and access so the plan fits your property rather than assuming every street or driveway is alike.
Minerva Park is an independent village in the Columbus area, with established homes and a later residential addition on the former Minerva Lake Golf Course.
A 20- or 33-yard roll-off can support a garage cleanout or home renovation. Send the placement spot and truck approach, including any shared access or nearby landscaping you want considered during planning.
20- and 33-yard roll-offs. Smaller space choices are partial loads within a container. Disposal is charged separately by weight; confirm the complete written quote before booking.
See Simple Pricing →For unwanted furniture, basement contents, and household bulk items, show us what needs removing and whether the crew will be carrying it from inside. Include steps and gate access so the quote reflects more than just the visible pile.
For Property Managers →For furniture staying in use, give us an item list and destination with the stair and doorway details. A local relocation still needs a clear plan for the carrying work at each end.
Local moving with pickup and delivery inside I-270: $50 per man-hour, with a two-hour minimum for each agreed crew member. Individual-item total quotes are also available. Other addresses require a separate quote.

Send the full job address, preferred date and photos. For apartment communities, condominiums and commercial properties, add the unit or building number, site contact, loading route, gate instructions and any compactor issue. Tell us what stays, what goes and what needs moving.
We’ll confirm availability, scope, accepted materials, placement and all rates with you. For fallen limbs or storm debris, describe the conditions first so we can discuss safe access.
Tell us the full street address and village name when requesting service. Postal labels alone do not establish the location or access arrangements for a job.
Ask us to compare the scope after you send photos. Crew-loaded hauling can be discussed for selected items, while a roll-off may suit a project you want to load over time.
New customers receive $100 off their first service, applied on the first invoice. Ask about the first-year per-load offer for qualifying annual commercial customers.
