Local moving with pickup and delivery inside I-270. A whole move or an individual item—we’ll agree on the work and price before you book.
HOURLY MOVING
$50 per man-hour
Two-hour minimum for each agreed crew member. One person working one billable hour equals one man-hour.
Two people: $100 per hour, with a $200 minimum labor charge. We confirm the crew size, what’s included and the complete estimate before you agree.
INDIVIDUAL ITEMS
One item.
One clear price.
Tell us the item’s size, where it is, where it’s going and how we can reach it. We can quote one total price for the agreed transport.
The hourly minimum is not automatically added to an individual-item quote.
A clear plan before moving day.
We’ll confirm the addresses, items, crew, vehicle and equipment, travel, billable start and finish, time measurement, and any other charges in the written estimate. If the scope changes, we discuss the revised work and charges before proceeding.

Give us the pickup, destination and details once. We’ll email the proposed work order to Simply and send a copy to the email you enter. This requests review; the price, schedule and booking still need confirmation.
