Am I choosing a container or the space inside it?
You’re choosing the capacity you expect to use. The physical container may be larger, with your purchased space identified. Our containers are 20 or 33 cubic yards and both are 16 feet long. We confirm which container is being delivered before booking.
What happens if I use more space?
You pay the additional-space rate you agreed to before booking. Extra space must fit within the delivered container’s capacity and its weight and material limits. Your quote will explain how usage is measured. The final prices and measurement terms are being refined for launch.
What’s included in my price?
Your quote will identify the starting space, rental period, weight allowance, delivery and pickup, disposal charges and loading labor if requested. Any additional-space, extra-weight, special-item or extra-day rates will be shown before you approve the service.
Can you do the loading for me?
Yes. Choose Simply Hauling when you need help carrying out and loading approved items. Tell us about stairs, elevators, gates and the distance to the loading area so the labor is included in the plan.
What can go in the load?
Tell us what you have before loading. Appliances, tires, batteries, liquids, chemicals and unusually heavy material need an acceptance check and may require special handling. We’ll confirm what we can take for your specific job.
Can I arrange repeat service for my properties?
Yes. We can discuss recurring bulk pickups, unit trash-outs, compactor-area cleanup and roll-off support. Tell us the properties, usual scope and access arrangements. Qualifying new annual recurring commercial customers receive $100 off each load in the first year, plus the separate new-customer bonus on their first invoice.
