Dumpsters
Can You Rent Part Of A Dumpster Instead Of The Whole Thing?
How smaller space selections work inside Simply’s 20- or 33-yard physical containers.
In This Guide
Yes—Simply’s planner lets you start with the amount of space you expect to use. A smaller selection refers to reserved capacity inside a physical container, rather than a different small dumpster being delivered. We confirm the actual container and how usage is measured before you book.
What The Published Numbers Mean
The pricing page lists seven-day rentals at $400.00 for 20 cubic yards and $500.00 for 33 cubic yards. Eligible residential and commercial promotions apply; dump fees are additional and weight-based. A smaller or partial-space amount requires a quote rather than an assumed per-yard price.
Agree On What Happens If The Project Grows
Before booking, ask for the additional-space rate and how occupied space will be measured. Any extra space must fit the delivered container and its weight limits. Confirm the rate in your quote; do not infer it by dividing a full-container rental price.
Extra capacity must be available within the delivered container. It does not override weight or material limits, and it does not promise a replacement container or an extra trip.
Help Us Make The Starting Estimate Useful
Send photos of all the items, including areas outside the main pile. Identify bulky pieces, unusually heavy contents, and anything needing an acceptance check. Leave enough room in the conversation for material you may discover as the cleanout progresses.
