Recurring Bulk Pickup for Apartments, Condos, and HOAs
Build a repeat-service plan around each property’s usual trouble spots, access, contacts, and approvals.
In This Guide
Recurring service should reduce the number of times your team has to explain the same property. Start with the usual accumulation, the locations involved, and who can approve the work. Simply discusses recurring bulk pickup, unit trash-outs, compactor-area cleanup, and roll-off support with Central Ohio property teams.
Make the property details reusable
Record the full address, correct entrance, building or enclosure numbers, gate arrangements, loading location, and an on-site contact. For multiple communities, keep each site distinct. The company approving the service and the person opening the gate may be different people.
Choose a realistic scope and schedule
Describe what normally accumulates and where. Separate routine bulk furniture from unit trash-outs, compactor overflow, or larger projects. Tell us the preferred schedule and how urgent exceptions should be requested. Service frequency and response arrangements need agreement rather than an assumption that every extra visit is included.
Keep pricing and changes clear
Your written Agreement should identify the work, pricing, applicable limits, and how additional work is approved. The pricing page describes the offer for qualifying new annual recurring commercial customers: $100 off every qualifying load in the first year, with the separate new-customer bonus on the first invoice. Eligibility and invoice treatment are confirmed in the written quote or Agreement.
For the actual recurring-service obligations and notice provisions, use the current service terms and your Agreement rather than treating a planning article as the contract.
Give the next shift a clear record
Record what was removed, what remains, and who will arrange the next action. Flag an equipment fault separately: cleanup around a compactor does not repair the compactor. Start a property-service conversation with the addresses, usual needs, and preferred contact process.
