Hauling
What Photos Help Us Quote a Hauling Job?
Show the contents and the carrying route so the quote reflects the work you actually need.
The best hauling photos show two things: what needs to leave and how we will reach it. A close-up of one sofa does not show the third-floor stairs. A wide garage photo may hide contents behind the first row. You do not need a perfect photo shoot—just enough context to discuss the real job.
Start with the whole job
Take wide photos from positions that show the contents and their surroundings. If more than one room, patio, garage, or bulk area is included, show each one. Add closer photos of bulky, unusual, or difficult-to-identify items. Identify anything hidden from view rather than assuming it is obvious.
Show the route out
Tell us about floor level, stairs, elevators, gates, narrow doors or landings, and the distance to the loading area. A photo of the entrance or carrying route can explain something a pile photo cannot. Only take pictures from a safe location; do not approach an unsafe area for a better angle.
Say what stays
Mark the removal list clearly in your message. “Everything in the photo” can be confusing when the same photo includes installed appliances, tools, or belongings you want to keep. For property work, confirm that the contents are authorized for removal and identify anything still awaiting a decision.
Send a useful first message
For example: “Please quote removal of the sofa and bagged contents shown. Leave the shelving. Second floor, one flight of stairs, parking near the entrance. Address: [job address]. Preferred date: [date].” Add your name and the property or management company where relevant.
Text us the details and photos, or use the hauling request. We review scope, access, materials, price, and availability before confirming service. See pictures of our work for examples of the types of cleanup shown on our Instagram.
